Services for survivors of domestic and gender-based violence Social Services for survivors of domestic and gender-based violence Call for projects Open Submission Deadline: 10/10/2026 The purpose of this call is to strengthen access to specialised support services for women with experience of domestic and gender-based violence, as well as for specifically vulnerable groups of women and their children, in line with the Council of Europe minimum standards. The call supports the expansion of the existing network of specialised services, including counselling centres and women’s shelters, as well as the establishment of new specialised support services. Eligible Applicants Any entity, public or private, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental organisations, established as a legal person in Slovakia registered or accredited according to the Act No. 448/2008 Coll. on Social Services and on change and amendment of the Act No. 455/1991 Coll. or accredited according to Act No. 305/2005 Coll. on the Socio-legal Protection of the Child and on Social Guardianship or accredited according to the Act No. 274/2017 Coll. on Victims of crime. Public entities and non-governmental organisations established as a legal entity in Slovakia implementing programmes for perpetrators of domestic and gender-based violence. Call details Call number 1 Publication date 10/06/2026 Questions deadline date 30/09/2026 Submission Deadline 10/10/2026 Project duration 36-48 Apply here https://norway.egrant.sk/ Amount available €7,651,177 Grant amount from €100,000 Grant amount to €700,000 Related programme Social Partnerships Any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organisations, established as a legal person either in Norway, the Beneficiary States or a country outside the European Economic Area that has a common border with the respective Beneficiary State, or any international organisation or body or agency thereof, actively involved in, and effectively contributing to, the implementation of a project. At least one entity meeting the Council of Europe minimum standards or the Slovak Coordination-Methodological Centre for the Prevention of Violence against Women (CMC) shall be a mandatory partner in cases where the Project Promoter does not meet the Council of Europe minimum standards on support services for combatting violence against women.
