Eligible Applicants Any entity, public or private, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental organisations, established as a legal person in Slovakia and operating in the cultural and creative sectors[1] Natural persons shall not be eligible. Mandatory partnership with at least one entity from one of the Donor States[2]. [1] “Cultural and creative sectors” shall be understood according to the definition in Regulation (EU) 2021/818 establishing the Creative Europe Programme (2021 to 2027). Natural persons shall not be eligible. For Donor State partners: Any entity, public or private, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental organisations, established as a legal person in one of the Donor States, operating in the cultural or creative sectors actively involved in, and effectively contributing to, the implementation of a project. Natural persons shall not be eligible.
